DRUM MIX TYPE PLANT MODEL "AKONA” DM-60 CAPACITY 90-120 TPH:

Drum complete flight, bitumen and fines, Piping, Sprocket drive Motor , frame Mounted Exhaust fan, electric motor frame mounted chamber at discharge end of drum has a special configuration to remove dust particles from the exhaust gas . Dryer unit burner capable of heating the aggregate to required temperature without any unburnt fuel or carbon residue on the aggregate and to reduce the moisture content of the aggregate to the specified minimum The plant will be fitted with Suitable type of thermometric instrument at a appropriate Places so as to indicate the temperature of exhaust gases, bitumen and mix

Charging conveyor to be used with cold aggregate feeder equipped with a Load cell for continuously monitoring the weight of the aggregate in TPH.

BURNER

Drum mix Burner Package including high Pressure jet burner with fan motor and fuel coil pump with a electric preheated with auto on off control.

MINERAL FILLER AND DUST CONVEYING SYSTEM (OPTIONAL):

fabricated steel Plate with loading doors with pneumatic dust and filler conveying system rotary valve with electric motor adaptor chute with fines piping back to drum Mixer, Compressor with electric motor.

AGGREGATE FEEDER :

Stationery cold aggregate feeder. Four bin cold aggregate unit includes-gathering conveyor driven by a AC motor. Auxillary conveyor under each bin are driven by variable speed drive and fitted with adjustable quadrant gates .

BITUMEN STORAGE TANK

Single compartment fitted with internal heat transfer coils. Fully insulated with 2" thick mattress glass wool with vent. Pipe, two fill return connection draw of connection and drain.

Complete with dial type thermometer, manhole and Interior access ladder, socket for thermostat insertion Exterior access ladder to tank top with Walk way and handrails.

LOAD OUT CONVEYOR:

Truck loading will be by an inclined load out conveyor with heat resistant belting equipped with a GOB hopper with hydraulically operated cam shell gate to provide surge capacity when changing Trucks and controls segregation in the mix.

CONTROL CABIN

Centralized, Insulated control cabin (without Air Conditioner & Service Cables) with all control of plant.
